In 1999, LQI created predesigned houseplan packages which
could be sold as a retail product. The plans have become
very popular...the customer gets architect designed plans
for about 1/15th of the price of going to an architect to
have a home designed.
LQI now markets
the house plans internationally through an online "shop"
under the brand name Trinity Homes Ltd ...the website sells
solely tropical houseplans...traditional, hispanic, modern...but
all tropical ,caribbean plans for the climate of the region.
The plans can be customized to meet the needs of each purchaser

LQI creates housing developments. We have available properties
for your houseplans or your new developments but we also
create house/land packages and condo developments . To see

Fittings for Your Home
Once you have selected and built your home, you will need
storage, kitchens and furniture. LQI ships to the Caribbean
limited amounts of flat packed or knock down IKEA fittings
for the home. These items can soon be ordered online via
our Trinity
Homes website and shipped to your doors
or picked up at our offices in Barbados. See also the Ikea
